| Please make sure to book the accurate service in order to ensure the correct allocated time for your appointment. If you require a Soak Off + New Set, please make sure to book for that service under the specified Tier. |

| Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. If you have trouble locating the store, please dm me on Instagram. |
| I have a grace period of 10 minutes. 10-15 minutes late will incur in a $15 late fee. Being late past 15 minutes of your appointment will result in a cancellation, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please come no earlier than 10 minutes. |

| Please cancel your appointment through the confirmation link at least 48 hours before your appointment. To reschedule, please DM me for available slots. Deposits do not carry over to a new month. Rescheduling is allowed only if there is availability given. Canceling your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited. |
| Cancelling, rescheduling, or no-shows within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 25% fee of the reserved service amount. |
| DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please make sure you are able to commit to your appointment date before booking. Your deposit will be applied towards the total amount the day of your appointment. |

| I do NOT take card payments. Cash preferred, Zelle, or Venmo. |
| A $30 deposit is required to book. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours of booking the appointment, the reserved appointment slot will be forfieted. |

| Please come with bare nails, this includes gel and any other kind of products! I do NOT offer foreign soak offs (I only offer soak offs for my own work). If you arrive with nails from a prior set that is not mine, I will turn you away and reschedule your appointment. |
| Send me your inspo photos or mood boards at least 48 hours before your appointment. This will allow me to see if I have the necessary supplies and plan out your set. |
| You must confirm your appointment through the confirmation link 48 hours before your appointment. If your appointment is not confirmed within 48 hours, your appointment will be CANCELLED. |
nail care For very short or bitten nail beds, please allow your nails to grow out before coming to your appointment. Bitten nail beds may raise the risk of contact dermatitis due to the exposed skin. Very short or bitten nail beds may lead to retention issuesnail aftercare Apply cuticle oil daily to keep areas around the nails hydrated! Limit exposure to hot water. Prolonged exposure to hot water will cause lifting of the extension. Your nails are NOT tools, please treat them with care.

Tiers are determined by the technique of a design and not solely based off of how complex a set may look.

| Tier 2 |
| Minimal and simple designs. Mostly a mix of solids, french tips, or ombre. Could include minimal use of blooming gel designs or polkadots. |
| Tier 3 |
| More complex designs, such as the use of intricate linework, chrome isolation, hand drawn flowers, or marbling. Minimal 3d line work and use of gems. |
| Tier 4 |
| Maximalist nails. Could include tons of 3d line work or 3d characters, intricate lineart (chrome isolation or not), oil painting nails, and more complex use of marble work. |
Please note that add-ons are not included in the pricing of each Tiers. Tier level is determined by the overall complexity of the set. If you are unsure of what tier to book for, please book for a Tier higher to ensure enough time is allocated for your appointment.
